Jennifer Riddel has been crafting since she was a small child and making jewelry nearly as long. Starting out with embroidery-thread friendship bracelets in elementary school, Jennifer has always focused on wearable art.

An experimenter at heart, Jennifer is always trying out new materials and designs. Her work is inspired by the colours and textures found in nature and often includes bits and pieces found on walks. She loves to combine opposites: pairing scraps of leather with shiny metal, rough-textured wood with the sparkle of semi-precious stones, fuzzy pussy willows with sleek lengths of chain. Her work is unique and she is happiest when working on one-of-a-kind pieces.

Jennifer dabbles in many other areas of art and craft, but always finds her way back to jewelry.
